Harpoon has been owned and operated by FlexBillPro LLC since 2024.

In 2024, Andy, Tom, and Ryan retired from Harpoon and passed it on to us: FlexBillPro LLC, a Texas-based company run by Sam and Brian. We bought Harpoon because we believed in what they built and in how they built it. Our job is to carry that vision forward: keep the product simple, keep it independent, and keep every decision tied to the financial success of the agencies, studios, and freelancers who rely on it.

The name on the door changed. The promise below did not.
